    A process for preparing the composite nano Al2O3.SiO2-polysulfone membrane with intermediate phase structure includes such steps as dissolving polysulfone to obtain sol, pretreating and dispersing nano Al2O3.SiO2 to obtain solution, mixing the sol with the solution, generating intermediate phase, forming membrane, removing solvent, and post-treating. Its advantages are high strong, toughness and throughput, high resistance to compression, pollution and high temp. and low cost.
