The invention provides a dish preparing trolly for heating heated dishes while non-heated dishes are kept in a cool state even if the heated dish and the non-heated dish are placed in one tray and put in a section of a dish preparing trolly. Each compartment 6 is provided with a conductive layer at the bottom, and stores the tray 16 on which tableware where heated food material is dished up and tableware where non-heated food material is dished up are separately placed on right and left. At the bottom of each compartment, a plurality of induction heating coils are buried corresponding to the position of heating tableware to perform heating. In the thus constructed compartment 6, a heat insulation partition plate 7 is provided for partitioning between the heating tableware and the non-heating tableware. The lower part of the partition plate 7 is capable of moving up and down, and always located on the lower side to thereby partition substantially without a gap. When the tray 16 is passed, the partition plate 7 is moved upward to easily pass the tray. |
