The invention provides a care or make-up composition for keratinic substance, containing cosmetics acceptable medium which contains at least one kind of non-volatile hydrocarbon oil, at least one kind of nonreactivity particulate phase and at least one kind of a hydrocarbon dispersing agent which solubility parameters delta d and delta a satisfying the following formulas: 16.2<=delta d<=20 (J/cm<3>)<1/2> and 9.1<=delta a <=20 (J/cm<3>)<1/2>. The composition has good fixing property, especially in color, and has glossy appearance, cosy and nonmigration property. The invention also relates to assembly of at least one kind of non-volatile hydrocarbon oil, at least one kind of nonreactivity particulate phase and at least one kind of a hydrocarbon dispersing agent used in the composition, wherein solubility parameters delta d and delt a of ahydrocarbon dispersing agent satisfying the following formulas: 16.2<=delta d<=20 (J/cm<3>)<1/2> and 9.1<=delta a <=20 (J/cm<3>)<1/2>. |
