    This invention discloses a precise vibration isolation device including mounting three step guidance posts in equal division on a baseplate with linear bearing on each small end, the linear bearing is sleeved with position jacket, the three guidance posts position jackets are fixedly connected with a vibration isolation platform by screws and the small guidance post ends at the top of position jacket are covered with springs fastened by nuts. Supermagneto-expansion drive is set on the baseplate center, the extension rod of the drive passes through and fastens on the platform, vibration pick-up sensor stands up to the bottoms of the platform with its frame on the baseplate.
