This invention discloses a ring gear rotating/counter rotating unit in which the ring gear collar and the ring gear slot is ring noncircular mounted int he rotating wheel, drive wheel, driven wheel, planetary wheel, central wheel and guidance wheel are all mounted on the planetary frame fixed in a retaining bracket by balls. When the central wheel turns back with steady rotation, the drive wheel turns back around the ring gear collar, if the guidance wheel and drive wheel are at the ring noncircular slot, then the planetary frame will rotate around the retaining bracket and the wheel will rotate back with variable speed reaching rotate/counter rotate periodically. |
