A process method for medical rubbish is to apply an incinerator with high pressure crossover with supply, catalyzing and incineration decomposition. The medical rubbish form multiploop eddy flow and turbulent flow is quickly dried, burned and discomposed in an incinerator under 850-1100 deg.c, reactely by multitrace high pressure wind. The burned smoke enters into an arc furnace to be burned and decomposed again under 1600-1700 deg.c in oxygen atmosphere to utterly dissolve the organics, of flavour, bacteria and their decomposed hazardous materials to pass through a series of purification plants to eliminate smoke dust and burnt decomposed materials HC1, SO2, Nox, CO2, water in steps to return back the cleaned tail gas to arc furnace to continue the internal circulation. |
