An integrated heat tube and heat exchange method includes vacuum sealed cavity and a shell filled with heat transfer medium, in which, in the sealed cavity there are one or more than one heat carriers, each shares the medium in the cavity, the heat carries is the condensed end and the shell or a part are the heat-absorbing end which surface contacts heat source and absorbs heat to transfer heat to a same medium in the same sealed cavity via the wall face, so the said medium absorbs or evaporizes the absorbed heat and the heat carrier will contain or transfer heat absorbed by the medium which will recover the original state to circulate heat exchange after radiation and condensation.
