The invention discloses the electronic caliper including the elastic measurement body, the sensor and the signal processing circuit. The sensor is installed in the elastic measurement body. The circuit processes the signal output from the sensor. The processing circuit includes the CPU, the memory, the A/D conversion circuit and the part for outputting the signal.
