The hydro-conversion catalyst has the chemical composition of: TiO2 3-40 wt%, CoO 1-8 wt%, NiO 0.1-2 wt%, MoO3 5-20 wt% and Al2O3 30-90 wt%; and the physical indexes of porosity 0.4-1.0 ml/g, specific surface area 200-400 sq m/g, compression strength 100-140 N/cm and thiophene converting rate not lower than 80%. The production process includes mixing Al2O3 dry glue and TiO2 as well as peptizer into paste, forming in clover shape, drying, roasting at 400-700 deg.c to form composite gamma-Al2O3/TiO2 carrier, and loading Mo, Co and Ni as active components in advanced co-soaking coarse. The catalyst has fine low-temperature activity, high mechanical strength, high organic sulfide hydroconverting capacity and hydrosaturation function and no environmental pollution. |
