The mechanized production process of laminated bamboo board includes cutting bamboo in cutting machine into homogeneous and smooth bamboo sheets, arranging bamboo sheets in curtain shape, adhering pre-soaked wire, soaking adhesive, cross lamination and high pressure forming. The laminated bamboo board has homogeneous strength, stable quality, homogeneous thickness and smooth surface; and may be used as top board and side board in container. When wooden sheet is used as transverse layers and combined with longitudinal bamboo layers and through high pressure formation, laminated wooden-bamboo board with high strength may be produced. The high strength laminated wooden-bamboo board can be used for replacing available steel plate as bottom board in producing container with steel frame. |
