The mass production process of plastic-steel sheet includes the steps of: preparing proper molding board with required sizes and patterns; painting demolding agent and facing material and hardening; forming FRP layer on the hardened facing material; painting liquid rsin layer; setting plate on the liquid resin layer; pressing and mass production through repeating the foregoing steps: and demolding to obtain several plastic-steel sheets. Through the said process, several acid and alkali resisting, fireproof and high-strength sheets may be produced, and this reaches low production cost, high adaptability and convenience. |
