The voltage stabilizing circuit for providing stable DC voltage includes bipolar transistor for providing charging current, capacitor circuit, operation amplifier, reference voltage circuit and pre-charging circuit. The capacitor circuit outputs stable voltage and the operation amplifier controls the bias of the bipolar transistor based on the stable voltage so as to obtain a stable accurate output voltage. When the voltage stabilizing circuit starts operating, the operation amplifier is first disabled to make the bipolar transistor unconducted, while one pre-charging circuit provides one pre-charging current to the capacitor circuit to set a voltage. After that, the operation amplifier is used to cotnrol the bipolar transistor to provide charge current to the capacitor circuit, so that stable voltage is set. |
