    The present invention is one high-efficiency pronunciation input method and one Chinese character pinyin system integrating configuration, meaning and pronunciation of Chinese characters and capable of being used in the communication under computer network environment. It includes 26 letters, 10 digital vowels and 4 tone symbols; establishes complete pronunciation system and 34 semanteme sorts. The present invention is established on the basis of Chinese word elements and solves the problem of homonyms via the homophonic Chinese characters. The present invention inherits the morpheme character traditions while determining the independent word configuration. It opens one engineering road for pinyin Chinese characters.
