An address storage section 12 stores addresses and their attribute data included in received broadcast. An address extracting section 14 extracts one or more addresses to be transmitted from the received addresses based on the state of a broadcast receiving apparatus 210 managed by a state managing section 13 and received attribute data. For transmission of the extracted addresses, update information associated with the addresses is transmitted from a transmitting/receiving section 16 to a transmitting/receiving section 26. An information terminal 220 immediately displays the addresses extracted by the broadcast receiving apparatus 210 on a screen. In accordance with an instruction from a user, the information terminal 220 retrieves information from a Web server 42. An address editing section 27 edits any of the addresses and their attribute data stored in the address storage section 12. |
