    The present invention discloses a method for implementing "reverse-conventional welded double round sleeve ultrathin and thick structure" by plasma welding machine, It is characterized by that an ultrathin metal cylinder workpiece whose thickness is less than or equal to 0.08 mm is embedded into a thick metal cylinder workpiece whose thickness is above several hundred times 0.08 mm, and their circular end faces are arc-welded by adopting reverse-conventional plasma arc welding method so as to implement defectless sealed welding. It includes the reverse-conventional welding bead structure design of workpiece, radiation device design and plasma welding-in angle design.
