The present invention discloses a heat seal process of filter of automatic speed variator casing of car. Said process utilizes a heat seal equipment, and said equipment includes a horizontal cylinder with heating plate and two vertical cylinders which are correspondent and equipped with upper and lower die seats. When said equipment is in the reset state, the upper and lower shell of the filter are placed in the upper and lower die seats, then the heating plate at 250-300 deg.C is horizontally moved to the between of upper and lower shell, then they are contacted, and continuously heated for 6 sec. then upper and lower shell are moved from heating plate, and the heating plate is back-retuned and reset, then the upper and lower shell are contacted to heat seal position and retained for 20 sec. at moment, the upper and lower shell are tightly connected together. |
