The method for making main structure body of a piezoelectric ink jet chip which can be made by using identical material mainly includes the following steps: using scraper forming method to obtain lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thin band, patterning and making multilayer stack by using precision justification operation mode, applying heat pressure or hydraulic pressure to obtain the raw blank of PZT material, heat pressing said raw blank of PZT material and making screen printing to add a lower electrode layer, drying and then screen-printing another layer of PZT as vibrating reed layer, drying and screen-printing to add an upper electrode layer, finally co-sintering to obtain the invented main structure body whose base plate and vibrating reed are made of same PTZ material. |
