The special-purpose transfer decorative sheet with multilayer structure includes a lining (lining paper), a pattern layer and a protective coating layer. The decat paper formed from pattern layer and protective coating layer can be transferred on ceramic matrix or glass or enamel from lining paper in the dry stripping process. Said lining paper can be reused after the above-mentioned transfer. The demolding paper is formed from nominal base paper with 60-300 g/sq.m and double-face nominal coating layer with 0.3-5g/sq.m. Its coating material is silicone, fluorosilicone, polyethylene (PE) or polyethylene-polypropylene (PP) film and polyester (PET). The protective coating layer and printing medium are formed from polymer adhesive, plasticizer and special additive which are dissolved in aromatic hydrocarbon. |
