    The present invention relates to a sealing reinforcing sheet applicable to car body steel plate, driver's door, boot and ther places for reinforcing steel plate, vibratino-absorbing and reducing noise and its production method. Said production method includes the following steps: placing the NBR and SBR in masticator to make plastication mastication for 30 min., adding sulfur, accelerator 2-thiolbenzothiazole, dicyandiamide, zinc oxide and carbon black and mixing for 15 min., adding phenolic resin and light calcium carbonate, mixing for 10 min., and adding epoxy resin and chlorinated paraffin, mixing them uniformly, standing still for 20-30 min., sticking glass fibre fabric on its upper portion and sticking release paper on tis undersurface, pressing them into the required sheet with good effect of absorbing vibration and reducing noise.
