    The cable loom removal device has a long flat chord or band whose ends are joined to form a knot so that the device forms a loop for removing the cable loom. The removal device is attached to a main part of a cable loom by being wound around it with part pulled through the loop to form an eye in which a hook of a lifting device can engage when a discarded vehicle is scrapped.
