    A dust cover attaching structure for a hydraulic damper (10), wherein a spring sheet (15) having a non-toric external shape has a rib (34) rising on its outer edge, and an attaching portion (51) for a dust cover (50) has a non-toric external shape fit to the inner periphery of the rib (34) of the spring sheet (15) and is received by the inner periphery of the rib (34).
