    A positive electrode of Li-ion battery is prepared from industrial Li2CO3 (2-19 pts.wt.) and electrolytic MnO2 (15-100 pts.wt.) through mixing, stirring for 0.1-10 hr, heating to 300-720 deg.C, maintaining the temp for 1-5 hr, heating to 720-950 deg.C, maintaining the temp for 3-9 hr, cooling to 15-30 deg.C, pulverizing and sieving by 100-450 meshes.
