The invention provides nonaqueous electrolyte battery prevents corrosion inside the battery by inhibiting generation of F<-> ions in a nonaqueous electrolyte without preventing polymerization of monomers in a secondary battery using the nonaqueous electrolyte including fluorine-containing lithium salt as the solute and a polymer obtained by polymerizing monomers with a (meta)acrylate group.
