    A digital regulated light emitting module is composed of laser device, driver, automatic power controller, automatically temp controller, digital regulator consisting of D/A converter or digital potentiometer, and memory for storing the parameters of said module and laser. Its regulation method includes inquiring module parameters according to needed light power, converting the data to regulation signal, and inquiring the laser power.
