The plant growth substrate made of agricultural leftover is used for soil-less culture. It consists of substrate layer and seed layer inside the substrate layer. The production process includes cutting and dedusting material in straw cutter and deduster; mixing with nutrient reagent; degrading straw in puffing separator; regulating water content; re-processing the material in crusher, separator, metering device and loosening machine; spreading substrate layer in forming machine and seedling; pressing, and winding into roll or cutting into blocks. The present invention may be used in producing lawn, vegetable, etc. |
