    The present invention relates to the new use of neutral proteinase in preparing medicine for treating burn scar. The neutral proteinase is preferably prepared into orally taken enteric coated tablet. The neutral proteinase has effect of different degree in preventing and treating scars caused by burns and scalds as well as soft tissue damage, sore, knife wound, etc. The enteric coated neutral proteinase tablet has obvious curative effect, less side effect and use convenience.
