The present invention belongs to the field of molecular immunology and relates to a kind of contraception vaccine cross-linked with molecular adjuvant. Three copy C3d and hCG beta serving as molecular adjuvant are constituted via gene cloning into eukaryote expressing plasmid pCMV4, and the fusion plasmid is used as DNA contraception vaccine to immunize human body or animal to produce generation-resisting effect. By means of expressing corresponding product via gene engineering to form protein contraception vaccine and immunizing human body or animal, the same generation-resisting effect may be produced. |
