    During the production process of Chinese medicinal digestive tract contrast medium, aetite is calcined at 960 deg.c in a furnace to red, cooled slightly and mixed with vinegar, cooled and crushed to 300 mesh; the crushed aetite is mixed with crushed oyster, ark shell, cuttlebone, adhesive, essence and perfume in certain proportion; and the mixture is sterilized, weighed and packed as the contrast medium. The present invention is used in X ray and CT radiography of digestive tract. In addition, the present invention has also the functions of treating gastrointestinal ulcer, gastric cavity pain, gastrointestinal tract bleeding and other diseases.
