The manufacture of very large golf club head includes the following steps: making initial blank with one club neck frame and one base plane by using metal material; forming driving board by using high elasticity metal material; pressing and heating several layers of soaked carbon fiber fabric in a mold to form an outer embedded part and jointing the outer embedded part and the initial blank to form a blank with a part of closed space; welding the driving board to the club neck frame of the blank via special welding mode to close the opened space; and final polishing, painting and other surface treatment to finish the manufacture. The golf club head has the advantages of light weight, large driving area and low manufacture cost. |
