The present invention relates to one apparatus for heating and drying moisture absorbed fiber or plastic based electrically insulating part by the condensation heat of vacuum-evaporated heated liquid, and is especially one apparatus for heating and drying transformer, capacitor, measuring mutual inductor or alive insulating casing. During the heating, at least a kind of second liquid with relatively high boiling point, such as transform oil, is separated. The apparatus includes one container, one vacuum pump, at least one condensator and/or one heat exchanger for heating liquid. It may includes also one moving unit for in-situ treatment of transformer in its working state. The heat exhanger heats liquid while maintaining liquid state, and the avaporation is performed only on or inside one container, e.g., an expansion valve, an expanding container on some container or an evaporator. |
