    Inside water film generator and between layers of water film plates set crossly or parallelly, fume and water flow passages are formed. Through the sufficient contact between the fume and the dedusting water, chemical reaction is produced so that the sulfur and acid gas inside the fume is neutralized by the alkali water solution containing metal ions. The desulfurizing agent may be building refuse, cement and stone material, various industry effluent, industry slag, clay, sludge, etc.
