The conic perforator includes frame, upper cover, base seat, two rotating drums inside the frame, two rollers installed separately on the two rotating drums, guide plate its regulator. The frame is one cylinder cast integrally with low expansion coefficient metal. The guide plate regulator is locked via inclined wedge on the frame. The distance between the guide plate and the central line is regulated via a motor driven horizontal screw elevating mechanism. The integral cylindrical frame of the conic perforator has less material consumption, strengthened rigidity, reasonable stress state and homogeneously distributed radial stress. |
