The present invention provides the inner high pressure and reducing formation process of automobile axle shell. Seamless steel tube in certain size as material is manufactured into the axle shell through the successive steps of inner high pressure formation of the middle axle envelop, reducing the two ends and inner high pressure shaping of the axle envelop in one machine. The manufacture process has the features of less steps, simple equipment used, high strength and high rigidity, of the product, high production efficiency and low cost. |
