The manufacture of very large golf club head includes the following steps: making initial blank with one club neck and one base plane by using metal material; forming frame and driving board by using high elasticity metal material; welding the frame onto the initial blank via special electric welding mode; pressurizing and heating several layers of soaked carbon fiber fabric in a mold to form an outer embedded part and joinint the outer embedded part and the initial blank to form a blank; welding the driving board to the frame of the blank via special welding mode; and surface treatment to finish the manufacture. The golf club head has the advantages of light weight, large driving area and low manufacture cost. |
