    The present invention discloses the biological enzyme-catalyzed cooperative leaching process to extract dioscin. Different yam material is processed through crushing, biological enzyme catalysis, acid hydrolysis, washing, drying, soaking and crystallization to obtain dioscin. The process features the biological enzyme catalysis in water solution of endocellular enzyme and exoenzyme is 3-12 % concentration and at 25-60 deg.c; acid hydrolysis inside acid solution of 1-5 mol/L concentration and at 18-30 deg.c; washing with basic salt of 2-5 concentration; soaking in non-polar solvent and reflux in solvent of 40-60 times the solid amount. The present invention has high dioscin extracting rate, high yield, simple process, less waste exhaust and low production cost.
