    This invention discloses a method for carrying out RADIOS user certification by UIM information including: presetting a first function of user names generated by IMSI information contained in the UIM and a second function of cipher information generated by a data information in UIM and to store the user names and cipher information in a certification server got from the first and when a terminal needs the certification, it user the two functions to get the user names and the cipher information to get the certification information to be sent to the certification server to process the user certification.
