The present invention discloses one kind of short message processing method. Several terminal network numbers are configured for the user to receive short message in the network, so that when the network sends short messages to the called user, the short message inform is transmitted to all the terminals of the called user and the called user can select proper terminal to receive the short messages based on the short message inform. The said scheme makes it possible for the network to transmit short message to several terminals of the user and for the user to receive the short message with only one of his terminals, and this can save network flux greatly and is significant, especially in condition of widespread multimedia short message services. |
