    The method includes following steps: RNC sets 1A and 1B event under cofrequency instrument control and its relevant parameter that are transmitted to mobile station; the mobile station reports 1A or 1B event. RNC makes soft switching decision according to the reported 1A or 1B event, and executes the soft switch. The invention uses 1A event to complete the task of 1A, 1C, 1D and 1E, and uses 1B to complete task of 1B and 1F.
