    A process for preparing the amniotic membrane able to be stored at ordinary temp from placenta includes such steps as washing the raw amniotic membrane taken from placenta, treating it by 0.1-30% glycerin, prefreezing at 0- -56 deg.C for 1-10 hr, vacuum freeze drying at -10- -56 deg.C, packing and sterilizing.
