The present invention relates to a production method of precast fiber board. Said method includes the following steps: firstly, preparing a patten plate, and coating a layer of releasing agent no said pattern plate, then coating a layer of face fabric on said releasing agent, and covering said face fabric layer with a fibre layer, then coating a layer of liquid synthetic resin, before said liquid sythetic resin layer is not hardened, placing an intermediate material, after said liquid sythetic resin layer is hardened so as to obtain a first semifinished product; then utilizing identical method to obtain a second semifinished product with a solid face fabric layer, a fibre layer and a liquid synthetic resin layer; finally sticking said two semi-finished products together so as to obtain the invented precast fibre board. |
