    A method for transmitting information from SGSN to mobile station, which contains generating message containing detail of transmitted information form SGSN to mobile station, transmitting said information and message to mobile station, the mobile station receiving both of information and message in interface mode from SGSN, said invention can reduce the empty terminal load of MSC and raise greatly network transmission efficiency.
