    A final location method for mobile terminal equipment (UE), which contains 1, the base station controller (RNC) monitoring current channel state of UE, under obtaining the channel state of current UE cell, executing step 2, 2, RNC obtaining UE location information, judging whether the UE network side resource will be released under current channel state, if it is then executing step 3, otherwise back to step 1, 3, RNC up reporting current location information to core network (CN), said invention can make RNC to locate in time to UE and report to CN to store in UE entering no signal area, power off, equipment switched off or updating in idle mode.
