    Disclosed is a liquid crystal display panel of optical compensative double refraction type, which comprises: an active component array device, a colorful light filter and a liquid crystal of optical compensative double refraction type placed between the active component array device and the colorful light filter. Herein, the colorful light filter comprises a base board, a colorful light filtering array, a sharing electrode, plural electrode lines and an insulating layer. The colorful light filtering array placed on the base board has a black matrix layer and a colorful light filtering film. The sharing electrode is provided above the colorful light filtering array. The electrode lines are provided above the sharing electrode. The insulating layer is provided between the sharing electrode and the electrode lines for insulating them.
