    The present invention relates to a kind ultra low surface energy type fluorocarbon resin. It adopts the flurochloroethylene, olefin ester, olefine acid, olefine ethyl and inititator, and uses ethyl ester and ketone as solvnt, and introduces organosilicon olefine acid ester when the polymerization production is made so as to make paint containing fluorocarbon resin have lower surface tension when said paint is film-formed, so that it can further raise the self-cleaning property of pint film.
