The process of producing emulsified diesel oil with ammonia water includes the following steps: filtering water; compounding mother diesel oil with standard diesel oil 550-850 weight portions and kernel additive 0.005-0.02 weight portions through stirring; mixing the mother diesel oil with naphthenic acid 100-220 weight portions and filtered water 100-220 weight portions; adding hydrophilic agent while stirring to produce transparent emulsified diesel oil; and filtering to obtain emulsified diesel oil product. The kernel additive is compounded with zinc oxide, antioxidant, metal deactivating agent, colorizing agent and smoke eliminating combustion promoter in certain weight proportion; and the hydrophilic agent is mixture of 30 % concentration ammonia water and ethanlamine or cyclohexylamine in the ratio of 7 to 3. The emulsified diesel oil of the present invention has simple production process, wide material source, low cost, high stability and other advantages. |
