The processing method of raw material for producing vinca alkaloid includes the following steps: placing frech vinca under the condition of flowing air whose humidity is 60%-90% and blowing temperature is 23 deg.C-53 deg.C, treating for 1-8 hr, then changing condition, placing raw material into a sealed storage tank, in the PEG (polyoxyethylene glycol) 6000 solution whose concentration is 5%-35% and temperature is 15 deg.C-30 deg.C forced treating for 5-20 hr, washing out PEG solution, adding pure water, using 205-405 nm wavelength UV light to make irradiation for 1-3 hr, irradiating once every 30 min, every irradiation time is 3-5 min, and irradiation dose is 4-10 w/sq.m, so that the production raw material of vinca alkaloid can be obtained. |
