An organic electroluminescent (EL) device has a rear substrate, an organic EL component and of the laminar structure composed by the first electrode, the organic layer, and the second electrode lamination composition as the sequence on the rear substrate, an anterior substrate combining with the rear substrate and sealing a inner space which contents the organic EL component, and a transparent nanoporous oxide layer contenting the nanoporous oxide grain placing at the inner space composed by the rear substrate and the anterior substrate. Because the organic electroluminescence device comprises the transparent nanoporous oxide layer and the nanoporous oxide grain, it can lengthen the life by increasing the moisture and the absorptive character of the oxygen. |
