    A reagent kit for the fluorescent quantitative detection of cell keratin 19 (CK19) mRNA is composed of the general RNA's liquid extracts (cell cracking liquid A and B, RNA washing buffers A and B, and water without RNA enzyme), reactive liquid for reverse transcription, dNTP mixture, reversed transcriptive enzyme, PCR liquid, probe, positive standard and reference. It can be used for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, small cell lung cancer, etc.
