    The method includes following steps: after an user accesses to network, SGSN records the timestamp of IDLE attaching the user; the SGSN periodically scans all attaching users, and checks time difference between current timestamp and IDLE timestamp; if time difference of an user exceeds a preset value, the SGSN initiates a separation for the user.
