The method includes following steps: a) decides if UE is at dedicated channel, if yes, then enters into step b, otherwise ends the current process. b) the network side monitors links of each cell in UE active set; c) based on measuring result reported by UEthe network side decides if up stream emission time and down stream emission time of each cell link in active set are in synchronized condition, if yes, enters into step a, otherwise enters into step d; d) base on measuring result reported by UE, the network side regulates the down stream emission time of unsynchronized cell link into the time that synchronizes with UE up stream emission time, then returns to step a. |
